Accepting New Clients in Florida!
Nicole San Martin is a trauma and adhd therapist who is currently welcoming new clients for sessions as a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern (RMHCI).
Are you a woman or afab individual who feels overwhelmed by ADHD (diagnosed or suspected), trauma (PTSD/C-PTSD), anxiety, depression, or strong emotions? If so, you’re in the right place.
Nicole provides therapy in English and Spanish, using Dialectic Behavioral Therapy (DBT) skills, somatic approaches, and Traumatic Incident Reduction (TIR) to help you process trauma, manage emotional intensity, and build practical strategies for everyday life.
Nicole offers a warm, accepting space that meets clients where they are while supporting and guiding them toward where they want to go. She walks alongside clients in that journey, because she knows what it feels like to have been there and to come out the other side.

If you’ve ever felt like you’re being crushed by life’s challenges, like your emotions are too big to manage, or like your brain won’t stop racing, whether you’re dealing with ADHD, trauma, or PTSD, you’re not alone, I get it, and I can help.
I provide bilingual therapy in English and Spanish for women and afab individuals navigating ADHD (diagnosed or suspected), trauma (PTSD/C-PTSD), anxiety, depression, or emotional intensity. I especially love supporting people who feel things intensely, struggle with focus, or are processing past trauma, because I know what that feels like firsthand.
Together we will use DBT skills, somatic practices, and Traumatic Incident Reduction (TIR) in ways that are practical and real. Together, we’ll heal old wounds, calm your nervous system, build coping strategies, set boundaries, and help you feel more centered and in control. In other words, we will find the road to peace and happiness.
I’ve personally worked through anxiety, ADHD, trauma, burnout, and more. I know how overwhelming it can feel, and I also know what it’s like to find relief, growth, and a sense of self. That’s enough about me, our sessions are focused fully on you, and I share this context so that you know I will truly see you.
Born and raised in Miami, I am both Argentine and American, and I understand the unique pressures of balancing multiple cultural layers. I bring that awareness into every session and create a space where you feel seen, understood, and supported exactly as you are.
I am a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern (RMHCI) in Florida, offering therapy under supervision to ensure safe and professional care."

Services
A Tailored Approach
At Casa Sol Psychology, Nicole provides individualized therapy for pre-teens, teenagers, and adults seeking support with trauma, emotional regulation, ADHD, anxiety, and identity-related challenges. Her work integrates DBT skills, somatic awareness, and trauma processing through TIR to help clients understand their emotions, build coping skills, and heal at a pace that feels safe and grounded. Each session is tailored to developmental needs and personal goals.

Trauma & Past Experiences
Past experiences can continue to affect how you feel, think, and relate. Therapy helps clients process difficult events such as bullying, accidents, abusive relationships, or other distressing life experiences safely, using TIR and somatic approaches to gain clarity and relief.

Nicole offers 50-minute, 1 hour and 20-minute, or 1 hour and 50-minute sessions, depending on each client’s preference and therapeutic needs.
