• 80-minute session — $225 (1 hour and 20 minutes)
  Ideal for clients wanting more space for processing, somatic work, or DBT skills practice.

• 110-minute session — $300 (1 hour and 50 minutes)
  Recommended for trauma processing (TIR), deeper emotional work, or clients who prefer a slower, more spacious pace.

I am an out‑of‑network provider, which means I do not bill insurance directly. Many clients still benefit from their out‑of‑network coverage, and to make that process easier I offer Thrizer, a simple tool that helps you understand and use your insurance benefits.

With Thrizer, you can:

• Check your out‑of‑network benefits and estimated costs before your first session using the calculator below.

• Explore your options for using your insurance, including whether you pay only your expected portion (similar to an in‑network copay) once your deductible is met.

• Skip paperwork- Thrizer handles claim submission and follow‑up with your insurer on your behalf.

This does not guarantee reimbursement as final coverage is determined by your insurance plan, but Thrizer makes it much easier to see your benefits and plan for costs.

You can also choose to submit superbills yourself to your insurer if you prefer that process. Either way, I provide support as you decide what works best for you.

To protect your scheduled time, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice will be charged the full session fee.
