Hi, I’m Nicole, the therapist behind Casa Sol Psychology and Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern. I help Millennial and Gen Z women in Florida who are struggling with ADHD, trauma, CPTSD, anxiety, and intense emotions find more relief, self trust, and steadiness in their daily lives.
